After purchasing your program, Spencer sits down with you to discuss what you’ve done in the past, where you are now and what your goals are. This will allow Spencer to build the most effective program to achieve your goals.
After you receive your program through the app, he’ll explain the program to you and how to get the most out of it. While you work together, he’ll be keeping up with your progress, keeping you motivated and communicating with you.
To ensure quality I only accept a select few clients at a time.

During session one, Spencer and you discuss your goals and go through an assessment. This helps Spencer create an effective plan of action during the time that you work together.

Train with a community of like minded people. This program is 8 weeks long, and follows a periodized program to help you stay accountable and achieve your goals.

Kinesiologists work with people of all ages and physical abilities to help them achieve their health and wellness goals and improve quality of life
